Yes it is. It is the original BEFORE "Eisney" (I REFUSE to call the corporate drivel produced now "Disney", because it staves so far from Walt's vision & seems to follow in Eisner's footsteps than it does Walt's) butchered his character with that live-action CGI garbage that they call a movie.
